Tânia is a lawyer with significant international experience, specializing in topics related to employment law, civil law, immigration and citizenship.
Tânia has a solid experience in advising national and international corporations in employment law, namely in assisting human resources departments in practical day-to-day employee issues, preparing disciplinary processes as well as individual and collective dismissals.
With broad experience in judicial litigation, Tânia focuses on the judicial resolution of civil and commercial disputes, in a wide variety of sectors, namely in the representation and counselling of domestic and multinational companies, as well as private clients, before Portuguese courts throughout the country.
Tânia has also represented foreign citizens who wish to obtain Portuguese citizenship or who are considering moving to Portugal for work, to establish residence or to develop entrepreneurial activities.

With 20 years of professional experience as a lawyer and consultant, Guilherme is specialized in international wealth protection and planning, taxation and succession planning.
Having had professional experiences in London and Geneva, Guilherme is frequently approached by entrepreneurs, families, family offices and wealth managers on legal, tax and wealth issues in connection with Portugal, Switzerland and Brazil.
Fluent in French and English, and also speaking Spanish, Guilherme frequently advises and represents Portuguese and foreign clients in the fields of wealth and taxation, family and succession law, family businesses and governance, including assistance to family-owned groups and foreign investment projects.
